By tradition, the event began with the recitation of the Quran, after which the floor was given to the Imam of Odessa, Sheikh Ilyas Umarov. He delivered a speech about the importance of integrating children into the Muslim community and educating them the religious knowledge from an early age.
In the mosques of Kremenchuk and Poltava, iftars were held after the day of fasting. Musslims gathered to perform good deeds: they read the Qur'an, made du'as, and conducted religious lessons. We ask the One God for Muslims to gather for good even more often.
In the mosques of Dnipro, Kharkiv, and Mykolaiv, iftars (breaking of the fast) were held after the recommended fasting of the Day of 'Ashura`. Muslims recited the Quran, made du'a (supplications) and held religious lessons. We ask the One God to grant prosperity to our communities.

These two weeks at the camp were very busy and productive for the children. During this time, theу learned a lot, acquired essential religious knowledge, made many new acquaintances, and learned to work in a team.
