Muslims traditionally gathered in the mosques to perform the festive prayer, after which the Muslims started celebrating. Everyone could join the events. In the communities for children were organised separate play areas and fun activities.
In the morning, festive zikrs were heard in the Poltava mosque, exalting our Creator and His Prophets. After that, festive prayers and sermons took place.
Believers gathered in mosques to perform festive prayers and congratulate each other on Eid al-Adha. Community imams preached about this blessed event. After the festive prayer, our brothers slaughtered the animals and distributed meat among the believers.
Despite the rainy weather, the event was successful and took place in a warm and joyful atmosphere! Everyone who helped, even a little bit, made a big contribution to organization of this important event for every Muslim!
